Interview with Chad Hatcher

We asked our new Regional Manager in Houston a few questions about what he’s excited about and what challenges he wants to solve in the industry.

What drew you to Bronco Industrial?  

I worked with several Bronco team members for most of my career.  We discussed the culture and how Bronco is truly a team working towards its goals.  I am excited to work for a company that values its employees and where everyone genuinely tries to help each other succeed.  I was also drawn to the leader's excitement and commitment to growth in the industry.

Now that Bronco has expanded to Houston, what excites you most about the opportunities there?  

Houston is such a big market. The opportunities are vast here.  It is really a chance to grow and expand Bronco's footprint in the industry.  I am very excited to be a part of making that happen.

What's one challenge in the industry you're passionate about solving?  

To me, the biggest challenge facing our industry currently is the workforce.  Over the last few years, it has been a challenge to find experienced workers.  I'm passionate about getting out to the younger generation and letting them know there are so many opportunities to make a great living in this industry.  Then, to help train and mentor these employees to reach their goals and grow into future leaders.
