Bronco Completes Critical Utilities Upgrade Supporting Chemical Facility Expansion

Bronco Industrial Services recently completed the installation of a new air compressor and air dryer skid as part of a critical utilities upgrade supporting the continued growth and expansion of a local chemical facility.

The project was designed to increase the facility’s available compressed air capacity, providing the additional utility infrastructure needed to support existing operations while creating capacity for future development.

Serving as the General Contractor, Bronco Industrial Services delivered a complete turnkey solution, coordinating and executing multiple disciplines across the project, including mechanical, structural, electrical, painting, and insulation scopes.

The project required careful coordination between multiple trades, equipment systems, instrumentation, electrical infrastructure, and piping installations. Bronco’s ability to manage these interconnected scopes under a single point of responsibility helped ensure the work was executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the facility’s operational requirements.

Project Scope at a Glance

Key components of the project included:

  • Installation of multiple pieces of process and utility equipment

  • Installation and integration of multiple instruments and electrical components

  • 4,500 linear feet of 5kV cable

  • 2,000 linear feet of carbon steel and stainless-steel pipe

  • 30 tons of structural steel

  • Mechanical, structural, electrical, painting, and insulation scopes

The completed upgrade provides the facility with increased compressed air capacity and the supporting infrastructure necessary to accommodate continued operations and future expansion.

With this project successfully completed, Bronco has once again demonstrated its ability to deliver the multi-discipline industrial construction and infrastructure solutions required by growing process and manufacturing facilities.
