Bronco Industrial Services Acquires Allison Offshore Services and Allison Marine Contractors, Expanding Onshore, Offshore, and Marine Construction Capabilities

42-acre fabrication yard situated on the Intracoastal Waterway with direct Gulf access enhances full-spectrum energy infrastructure capabilities.

AMELIA, LA – December 3rd, 2025 – Bronco Industrial Services, a leading provider of industrial and mechanical construction services, today announced the acquisition of Allison Offshore Services and Allison Marine Contractors. The acquisition expands Bronco’s Gulf Coast footprint and adds a 42-acre waterfront fabrication yard situated on the Intracoastal Waterway in Amelia, Louisiana, featuring deep-water and load-out access directly to the Gulf of Mexico.

The combined companies will operate under the Bronco Energy Services brand to provide comprehensive turnkey onshore, offshore, and marine construction services, including heavy fabrication, modular assembly, pipeline infrastructure, and load-out operations, serving clients across the Gulf and global energy markets.

• A 42-acre waterfront yard situated on the Intracoastal Waterway, providing direct barge and vessel access to the Gulf of Mexico.

• Heavy-lift quay and load-out capabilities for large modules, decks, and structural assemblies.

• Dedicated fabrication bays and laydown areas supporting over 12,000 tons annually of structural steel, piping, and modular construction.

• Integrated mechanical, electrical, and coatings services for complete module fabrication and commissioning.

Bronco Energy Services now offers a fully integrated range of services:

• Onshore Fabrication & Construction: Process modules, pipe racks, skids, and industrial infrastructure.

• Offshore Fabrication & Installation: Decks, jackets, and topside modules.

• Pipeline & Midstream Construction: Tie-ins, compressor stations, and related infrastructure.
