Bronco Welcomes Eric Kelley as New Construction Manager

Eric Kelley is a Construction Manager with 35 years of experience in Industrial Construction. Based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, he specializes in managing the field operations and site supervision for Bronco Industrial.

Eric began his career as a craftsman at Industrial Design and Construction and rose through the ranks, earning a promotion to Site Manager. He was later promoted to Project Manager, which led to his current position at Bronco Industrial Services.

Throughout his career, Eric has excelled in the construction industry, and this has been apparent through the many successful projects he has managed over the years. He is particularly known for his ability to mentor new supervisors and pass on his construction experience to site supervision.

Eric is passionate about teaching others and regularly engages his folks on topics related to the construction industry, especially the new supervisors who have recently been promoted. He is involved in the LSU Construction Management and Construction Interview Day and believes this program is instrumental to cultivating growth within our industry.
