Interview with Eric Kelley

We asked our new Construction Manager what drew him to Bronco, what industry challenge he is passionate about solving, and how he prioritizes safety within his teams.

What drew you to Bronco Industrial? What excites you most about joining the team? 

I worked with many of the Bronco team members in the past, and we discussed how cohesive this group was and how it is truly a community that believes in helping one another succeed.  I am very excited to work with a group of motivated, like-minded individuals who are passionate about what they do and to share my construction experience with the team.

What's one challenge in the industry you're passionate about solving? 

In recent years, the construction industry, as a whole, has experienced a decline in the number of experienced workers, and I am passionate about training future leaders in the construction industry.

How do you prioritize safety culture within your teams? 

Safety is, first and foremost, the top priority on all of our job sites.  I will instill a safety culture at all levels of our construction community to ensure everyone understands how safety affects all levels of the construction industry.
