Bronco Recognizes Construction Safety Week 2026

May 4 - 8 2026 is Construction Safety Week, and this year's theme, All In Together, couldn't be more aligned with who we are at Bronco.

Construction Safety Week, observed May 4 - 8, 2026, is an annual industry-wide initiative dedicated to strengthening safety culture across the construction industry. This year's theme, All In Together, centers on three foundational pillars: recognizing high-energy hazards, responding by implementing direct controls, and maintaining respect for every life on site.

At Bronco, our philosophy is simple: no job is so urgent that we cannot take the time to do it safely. That core value is lived on every jobsite, in every toolbox meeting, every JSA, and every weekly audit our teams conduct. It's why every Bronco employee has the authority to stop work the moment they see a potential hazard. No questions asked. No pressure to push through.

Our Safety Director, Safety Coordinators, and Executive Safety Committee work every month to evaluate policies, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement because safety is a commitment we renew every single day.

Construction Safety Week serves as an important reminder that safety is a shared responsibility across crews, companies, and the industry as a whole. Bronco is proud to stand alongside the broader construction community this week and every week in reaffirming that commitment.

To our craft professionals, superintendents, safety personnel, and every member of the Bronco team: thank you for looking out for one another. Your vigilance, your professionalism, and your dedication to working safely are what make Bronco the company we are.
